The Aquarian Classic Clear is a single-ply, medium-thickness drum head that works equally well as a batter head or resonant head on toms. As a batter head it delivers a wide-open, full sound with plenty of attack and sustain. As a resonant head it gives a warm, clean, fine tone without choking the drum's sound.

The head is built from 10 mil Nu-Brite mylar in a single ply, which produces the open tone and generous sustain the Classic Clear series is known for.
