18" Paiste 900 Series China Cymbal
China cymbal (900 Series) by Paiste, 18". Hybrid-made, warm and full sound at a great price.
Product Description
An 18" China from Paiste's 900 Series. A hybrid-made cymbal using the same alloy as Paiste 2002, delivering a warm, full sound at a great price. Suited for both live and studio use, across genres.
The 900 Series is made from CuSn20 alloy. The cymbals are first machine-formed using modern technology and engineering, then hand-hammered as a finishing step. The result is a well-built, well-sounding cymbal at a good price.
Sound Character
The tone is warm, full and dynamic. The attack is washy with a trashy intensity, the bell has a medium character, and this china has an integrated chick sound. The thickness is medium thin, giving medium to loud volume.
Who It's For
A great china for players who perform in varied settings. Live or studio. And want a versatile cymbal without paying for hand-hammering throughout the whole process.
