17" Paiste Color Sound 900 Blue Crash Cymbal - Blue

Product Description

The Paiste Color Sound 900 Blue Crash is a 17" crash cymbal with a striking blue coating, built on the same foundation as the 900 series but with a slightly darker and more controlled sound. It works equally well on stage and in the studio, across all genres.

• Warm, full, dynamic sound
• Medium thickness for a balanced response
• Washy stick sound with lively intensity
• Integrated bell for extra tonal character
• Medium low to loud volume, flexible across settings

Construction and Sound

The cymbal is made from CuSn20 bronze and goes through the same process as the rest of the 900 series: it is first shaped by machine, then hand-hammered. The blue color coating gives the cymbal a slightly darker and more controlled sound compared to the untreated 900 series, while still keeping the warmth and fullness of the tone.

Who It's For

A great crash for players who want a distinct color identity on their kit without compromising on the classic Paiste sound. Suits both live musicians and studio drummers looking for a warm, dynamic crash sound in any musical context.
