16" Aquarian Super-2 - Coated
Two-ply drum head with strong attack, projection and depth. Great for rock and hard rock.
Product Description
The Aquarian Super-2 Coated 16" is a transparent two-ply head built for attack, projection and depth. Two plies at 7 mil and 5 mil deliver a full, powerful sound that works great for rock and hard rock, while holding its tuning well.
Construction
The head is made from two layers of Mylar. One at 7 mil and one at 5 mil. Aquarian's "Vacuum Tuned Process" ensures no air gets trapped between the plies during manufacturing, giving a fuller and more even tone across the whole head.
Details that make a difference
The patented Safe-T-Loc ring keeps the head seated in the hoop and prevents slipping during hard playing. The Sound Curve edge is designed for what Aquarian calls "Responsive Tuning". An edge that makes the head easy to tune and responsive to small adjustments.
Who It's For
A great choice if you want a powerful head with a strong attack and plenty of depth. Especially for rock and hard rock players who need a head that holds up under heavy playing.
