16" Istanbul Agop Xist Power Crash Cymbal

Product Description

The Istanbul Agop Xist Power Crash 16" is a powerful crash cymbal from the Xist series, built for a strong attack and controlled decay. The larger, unlathed bell combined with an unlathed center and a heavier weight give this crash a fuller, louder attack than the standard models in the series.

• Unlathed bell for a rawer edge to the attack
• Unlathed center that reinforces the fuller attack
• Heavier weight gives more volume and a more controlled sustain

Sound Character

The larger, unlathed bell and unlathed center combined with a heavier weight give this cymbal a fuller, louder attack with a more controlled sustain compared to lighter crash models in the range.

Manufacturing

By combining more modern production techniques with traditional cymbal making processes, Istanbul Agop is able to offer professional quality at a price accessible to drummers at any level. The Xist series is available with either a traditionally lathed finish or a modern brilliant finish.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want a crash with a strong, immediate attack and a sustain that stays controlled even at higher volumes.
