16" Istanbul Agop Special Edition Crash Cymbal
16″ Special Edition crash from Istanbul Agop. Dark, complex overtones with a smoother high end and clear stick definition.
Product Description
The Istanbul Agop Special Edition Crash in 16" is designed to capture the qualities of two of the brand's most popular jazz cymbals, the Mel Lewis and Agop Signature Series. The result is a dark, complex sound with a smoother high end and clear stick definition, well suited to jazz playing that calls for nuance.
The top has a unique, vintage lathing pattern, while the bottom carries a very light, Agop Signature style lathing. Together they define the cymbal's character: dark and complex overtones combined with a smoother high end and clear stick definition, so the attack stays audible even within a dense, dark wash.
