16" Remo Emperor - Colortone Yellow

Product Description

The Remo Colortone Yellow Emperor is a 16" tom head that combines Emperor's two-ply construction with a bold yellow appearance. It delivers the focused, controlled tone Emperor heads are known for, while adding a distinctive visual look to your kit. A good choice if you want your setup to stand out without compromising on sound.

The colour is produced using Remo's Skyndeep® Imaging Technology, giving the head a striking visual finish without affecting projection, tone, or durability. The Colortone line is also available in Orange, Red, Green, Blue, and Smoke, making it easy to match or contrast the rest of your setup.

Construction and Tone

As a two-ply Emperor head, this drum head provides a fuller, more controlled tone than a single-ply head, with good damping of unwanted overtones. It works well as a batter head on rack or floor toms where a focused attack and solid durability under harder playing are needed.

The Colortone Series

Colortone technology is available across several models in Remo's lineup. In addition to Emperor, also Powerstroke® 77 and Powerstroke® P3. And in sizes from 8" to 26". This makes it possible to build a full kit with a matching colour theme.
