16" Paiste Color Sound 900 Red China Cymbal - Red

Product Description

The 16" Red China from Paiste's Color Sound 900 series delivers a warm, full and dynamic sound in a bold color finish. The color coating gives the cymbal a slightly darker, more controlled sound than the standard 900 series, with a washy attack and trashy intensity that works equally well on stage and in the studio.

The Color Sound 900 series stands out with four bold colors. Black, purple, red and blue. At its core it's the same cymbal as the 900 series: machine-made in the first stage of production, then hand-hammered. Due to the color coating, these cymbals get a slightly darker and more controlled sound than the regular 900 series.

Sound Character

The sound is warm, full and dynamic. The stick attack is washy with trashy intensity, the bell sits at medium, and the cymbal has an integrated chick sound.

Who It's For

Great for players performing live or recording in the studio, across genres, who want a red china cymbal with a slightly darker, more controlled sound than the standard 900 series.
