Product Description
The Evans EC2S is a drumhead with a built-in EC Control Ring, designed to be easy to tune while still giving you control over the tone. Compared to the previous model, the EC2S offers a more open sound on smaller sizes and better overtone control on larger sizes.
This version comes in a Clear finish and is sized at 16", making it well suited as a batter or resonant head on a tom of that size. The EC Control Ring is built into the head's construction and helps tame unwanted overtones without needing extra external dampening, which makes it quicker and easier to get a solid base tone right after mounting.
Who It's For
