The 16" Byzance Thin Crash from Meinl's Byzance Traditional series is a crash cymbal in B20 alloy with a warm and full sound.
Material And Manufacturing
The cymbal is made from B20 alloy, 80% copper and 20% tin, and is manufactured in Turkey. It is quality-checked and finished in Germany before leaving the factory. The finish is Traditional, which gives the cymbal its characteristic surface.
Sound and Feel
The sound is warm and full with good dynamics that can be controlled through your playing. Sustain and volume sit at a medium level, giving a sound character that is neither too short nor too drawn out.
Use
The 16" Byzance Thin Crash works in a drum kit as well as in a percussion setup. It suits styles such as rock, pop, fusion and latin, among others.
