Product Description
This is a genuine vintage Zildjian 15" A Crash, pulled from the family's private vault of historic cymbals to mark Zildjian's 400th anniversary. Only 200 examples of this size exist in the world, and the cymbal comes with a certificate, flight case and white gloves.
The cymbal was made at the original U.S. Zildjian factory in Quincy, Massachusetts, sometime between the late 1930s and mid-1950s. The owner may notice stick marks and fingerprints on the surface. Some believed to belong to Armand Zildjian, who worked as cymbal tester at the factory at the time.
These vintage cymbals retain the original mounting hole in the bell, just as they were made. An adapter is included so the cymbal can be mounted on a modern cymbal stand.
