15" Aquarian Performance II - Clear
Fat sound with plenty of punch! The head for players who tune low and love that classic rock sound.
Product Description
The Aquarian Performance II Clear is a double-ply, 15" tom head built for low-tuned drums with a fat, powerful attack. It's made using Aquarian's "Vacuum Tuned Process", which eliminates air bubbles and wrinkles between the plies for a consistent, reliable sound.
The two 7 mil plies are sealed only at the edges, which tames unwanted overtones and puts the focus on the low frequencies. The result is a head with plenty of punch and a fat, dark sound. Exactly the character associated with classic rock records.
Performance II works especially well if you tune low and want a big, powerful sound. It can even make a small, budget-friendly drum kit sound much bigger and more impressive than it is.
