Product Description
The Sabian Paragon 15" is a medium-weight pair of hi-hats, handcrafted from pure B20 bronze and designed together with RUSH drummer Neil Peart to celebrate the band's 40th anniversary and the RUSH R40 tour. It delivers fast, crisp response with clean, bright, well-defined sticking, making it easy to play precise patterns even at speed.
The Paragon series is created using AA-style hammering combined with an innovative mix of sound-defining features from the AA, AAX, and HH series. The result is a cymbal with a subtle look but a powerful, dynamic sound, built to bring power and musicality closer together.
Feel and Use
The medium weight makes this pair fast to play, with clean, well-defined sticking. The hats were designed with a rock setting in mind, but remain flexible enough for a wide range of applications.
Construction
Paragon cymbals are handcrafted from pure SABIAN B20 bronze and hammered in the AA style, drawing sound-defining details from three of Sabian's established series.
