15" hi-hats from Istanbul Agop's Special Edition Series, designed to capture the qualities of two of the brand's most popular jazz cymbals, the Mel Lewis and the Agop Signature Series. The result is a dark, complex set of overtones paired with a smoother, easier-to-manage high end.
The top features a unique, vintage lathing pattern, while the bottom has a very light, Agop Signature style lathing. Together this gives the hi-hats dark and complex overtones combined with a smoother high end and clear stick definition. Every stroke comes through cleanly without turning harsh or brittle.
