The Aquarian Hi-Performance Snare Resonant is a crystal-clear, ultra-thin snare-side head in 15" and 3 mil mylar. It's built to sit as the resonant head on the underside of a snare drum, right against the snare wires.
The thin material gives fast response and an open, lively snare buzz. Where the snare wires touch the head, a protective strip is added. It guards the head against premature tearing if one of the snare wires should break. A common weak point on thin, unreinforced snare-side heads.
