The Meinl Classics Custom 15" Medium Crash is a pressed cymbal in B10 bronze with a bright, brilliant tone and medium-high pitch. It delivers a distinct attack with medium-to-high sustain and works well for rock, pop, metal, fusion or studio work.

The Classics Custom series is made from B10 alloy – 90% copper and 10% tin – giving the cymbals a brilliance previously found mainly in more expensive series. Manufacturing uses computer-controlled, hi-tech production for consistent quality across the range.

Sound Character

This 15" crash has a bright tone with medium-high pitch. Sustain sits at a medium-to-high level, and volume is medium but with a brilliant attack that cuts through without being overpowering.

Who It's For

Suits several genres – rock, pop, metal, fusion and studio recording – where you want a quick, bright crash that still has some body in the sustain.

The series is complete, spanning 14" to 20" crashes, plus the more experimental Trashcrash models, in case you want to expand later with more sounds from the same line.
