Product Description
Black Chrome is Evans' two-ply drum head in 15", built for a unique sound character with a clean attack, a rounded midrange, and controlled sustain. The construction pairs a black bottom layer with a clear top layer for a distinct tone.
The build consists of one layer of black film at 7.5 mil and an upper layer of clear film at 7 mil. Together, the two layers give the head its characteristic attack and the controlled decay Black Chrome is known for.
