The White Gong WG-145 from Meinl Sonic Energy is a hand-crafted gong made from a bronze alloy, with a light surface on both sides. Often referred to as a Double-Light-Gong. It produces a powerful, clear splash sound with medium-length sustain, well suited for sound healing, meditation and musical use.
The gong has a flat profile with a turned-up edge, a construction that gives it its characteristic splash attack on impact. The surface is printed with a logo and size information, and each gong is handmade in China using traditional methods.
