Product Description
The Paiste RUDE Blast China is a legendary cymbal built for raw, hard-hitting music. It delivers an explosive, washy attack with a sharp, cutting edge that cuts through a dense mix. A natural fit for rock, hard rock, metal, punk and hardcore – live or in the studio.
When the Paiste RUDE series launched in the early 1980s, it stood out from everything else on the market — and it still does. The RUDE Blast China is made from CuSn20 alloy with a medium heavy weight, giving it the power to hold up at medium to very loud volumes without losing character.
Sound Character
The attack is washy, raw and hard, with a sharp, distinct edge and a slightly metallic intensity. The bell has a medium long decay, and the cymbal has an integrated chick sound.
Best Suited For
Built for raw, trashy, loud music — rock, hard rock, heavy metal, punk, hardcore and most modern metal styles. Works equally well on stage and in the studio.
