Product Description
A 14" hi-hat from Meinl's Pure Alloy series, built in B12 alloy. It gives a bright, clean and timeless sound with a tight character and clear attack.
The surface is treated with computer hammering, a technique that creates an even pattern of small strikes across the whole cymbal and shapes its tonal character. Together with the B12 alloy material, this gives a bright character with clear attack rather than a boomy sound. As a complement to the Byzance series' more complex and earthier sound, Pure Alloy offers a cleaner and more direct alternative. The hi-hat is made in Germany.
