14" Evans Genera 200
Snare side head (Genera 200) from Evans, 14". Ultra-sensitive 2-mil head with wide dynamic range for soft rolls and brush work.
Product Description
The Evans Genera 200 is a 14" snare-side head built for orchestral snare drums. Its ultra-thin single-ply 2-mil construction makes it the lightest-weight head Evans makes, delivering an open, warm tone with wide dynamic range and sensitivity.
The head features a calfskin-like textured film coating that gives a wide dynamic range, an open and warm tone, and excellent sensitivity from press rolls to articulated, intricate rhythms. This makes it especially suited to soft playing.
Combined with a single-ply batter-side head, this snare side gives incredible articulation and sensitivity for soft rolls and brush work.
The Level 360 profile ensures the best possible fit against the hoop, for maximum tuning range and easy, precise tuning.
