Product Description
The Remo Fiberskyn 3 Ambassador is a medium-weight, single-ply head built from a poly-spun fiber material over a 10 mil Mylar® film. The surface produces a warm, mid-range resonant sound with a warm attack – the dark, round tone traditional jazz players and concert snare drummers have long sought after.
It's a classic choice for snare drum, tom-toms and bass drum, and the surface works excellently with both sticks and brushes. Fiberskyn 3 is best known for jazz and orchestral applications, but it also delivers an outstanding, authentic ethnic drum sound on World Percussion instruments.
14" is a common snare drum size, making this head a natural pick if you want to warm up and soften the tone of your current snare without losing attack and response.
