Product Description
The Dunnett Res-O-Two Emperor Hazy is a 2-ply, 14" drum head made exclusively for Dunnett by Remo USA. The semi-transparent timpani film delivers a full-range, open and clean sound with increased tension capability, suited for both tom and snare use at this size.
Res-O-Two is the 2-ply version of Res-O-Tone, built on Remo's classic timpani film, here left completely uncoated. That gives the head a clear, open character while allowing higher tuning tension than many thinner heads. Useful if you want to tune up without losing fullness in the tone.
The construction is compact but effective: two plies at 7.50 mil and 7.00 mil, which shapes the head's response and also creates the unique semi-transparent Hazy finish. The head is made in the USA and available in sizes from 8" to 18", so the same character can be matched across a full kit.
