Product Description
The Evans Coated Supertough is an extra-durable 14" drumhead built from two plies of 7.5 mil film with a coated finish on top. The construction makes it unusually resistant to hard hitting while still delivering a powerful sound with well-balanced sustain.
The double-ply build naturally controls overtones and gives a focused, controlled attack compared to single-ply heads. The coating also adds a warmer, slightly darker tone and makes the head suitable for brush playing as well.
