Product Description
The Byzance Jazz Thin Hi-hat 14" from Meinl is hand-hammered and hand-lathed on both the top and bottom sides. It gives a dark and thin sound with a beautiful sing and good balance between crash and ride functions.
Material And Manufacturing
The hi-hat is cast in B20 alloy, 80% copper and 20% tin. It is quality-checked and finished in Germany after being made in Turkey.
Sound and Feel
The sound is deep with a warm overtone register and good volume control. The feel is very thin and crisp, soft and delicate with a jazzy foot chick that gives a warm sound character with medium sustain and volume.
Use
The hi-hat suits pop, rock, funk, D&B, fusion and more. It has a good balance between crash and ride functions, which makes it versatile in different musical contexts.
