Product Description
The Buddy Rich Signature head from Aquarian's Texture Coated Series is a single-ply, 10 mil batter head that responds instantly whether you play with sticks, brushes, or mallets. It uses Aquarian's Z-100 coating, one of the thinnest and most durable coatings available, giving the head unusually strong resonance for a coated head.
The thin construction keeps the head open and resonant, while the coating provides the grip and texture needed for brush work. The durable surface holds up to frequent playing without the coating wearing away quickly, which is otherwise a common issue with thin, textured heads.
A solid choice if you want a sensitive, resonant snare head that can still take heavy use on stage and in rehearsal.
