13" Aquarian Super-2 with Power Dot

Product Description

The Aquarian Super-2 with Power Dot is a powerful two-ply, 13" drum head built for players who want plenty of attack, projection and depth. It's especially well suited for rock and hard rock, where you need a head that can take a beating.

The head combines two transparent plies. 7 mil and 5 mil. For a full, powerful tone with solid durability. Aquarian's "Vacuum Tuned Process" removes trapped air between the plies during manufacturing, resulting in a fuller and more cohesive tone compared to heads laminated the conventional way.

Construction

The added Power Dot reinforcement gives extra durability at the strike point, making the head well suited to hard, energetic playing. The patented Safe-T-Loc ring keeps the head securely in place and prevents slipping in the hoop. The Sound Curve bearing edge is designed to give a responsive feel when tuning, described by the manufacturer as "Responsive Tuning".

Who It's For

A great choice if you play rock or hard rock and want a head with plenty of attack and clear projection, without losing depth and fullness.
