13" Remo Colortone Powerstroke 77 - Smoke

Product Description

The Powerstroke 77 in Colortone Smoke is a 13" snare head from Remo that adds both color and control to your snare drum. Built from two thin plies with an extra reinforcement ring in the center, it delivers easy playability, strong durability and powerful projection.

Colortone heads are made using Remo's Skyndeep® Imaging Technology, a process that gives the head a striking visual look without sacrificing sound, projection or durability. The color sits in the surface of the head, so it stands out clearly even on stage.

Construction

The Powerstroke 77 is built from two thin plies with a center reinforcement ring, giving the snare head a controlled attack while retaining sensitivity to lighter playing. That makes it a good choice if you want a snare head that's easy to play but can also take heavy hitting.

Color and finish

The Colortone series is available in several colors. Orange, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue and Smoke. And this head ships in the smoked Smoke finish. The series is also available as Emperor® and Powerstroke® P3, in sizes from 8" to 26".

Who It's For

A great pick for drummers who want their kit to stand out visually without giving up playing feel or snare durability, for example on stage or in the studio where the drum kit's look matters.
