Product Description
The Colortone Smoke Emperor is a two-ply, 13-inch drum head from Remo, made with Skyndeep® Imaging Technology to give the head a smoky, tinted look without compromising sound or durability. It's a great way to add a personal touch to your kit while keeping the focused, powerful tone the Emperor series is known for.
Skyndeep technology prints the color directly into the head material, so it stays sharp show after show without affecting projection or tone. The Colortone range is also available in Orange, Yellow, Red, Green and Blue, letting you match or contrast the rest of your kit.
Sound
As a two-ply head, the Emperor Colortone delivers a fuller, more controlled fundamental tone than a single-ply head, with plenty of attack. That makes it a solid choice if you want a head that holds up well under hard playing.
Range
Colortone is also available on the Powerstroke® 77 and Powerstroke® P3, in sizes from 8" to 26" – so you can color-match an entire kit if you like.
