13" Aquarian American Vintage Thin - Texture Coated
13" single-ply drum head with a thin textured coating for a resonant tone and sensitive response.
Product Description
The Aquarian American Vintage Thin is a single-ply, 13" drum head with a thin, textured coating that gives a responsive and resonant tone with sticks, mallets and brushes alike.
The head features Aquarian's Z-100 coating in a thin 10 mil layer. One of the thinnest and most durable coatings ever developed. Unlike conventional coatings, it resists flaking and lasts for a very long time.
Construction
The head uses Aquarian's "Safe-T-Loc" hoop together with their "Sound Curve" collar. This combination makes the head super easy to tune, gives excellent stick response, and reduces the chance of the head slipping.
Tone and feel
The Texture Coated series offers a consistent tone, increased resonance and the sensitive response drummers expect from a traditional single-ply drum head.
