12" Aquarian Super-2 with Power Dot
Two-ply tom head (7+5 mil) with plenty of attack, projection and depth. Great for rock and hard rock.
Product Description
The Aquarian Super-2 with Power Dot is a transparent two-ply 12" head built for plenty of attack, projection and depth. It suits rock and hard rock playing, where you want a full, powerful strike without losing control.
The head combines two layers of mylar, 7 mil and 5 mil respectively. Aquarian's "Vacuum Tuned Process" prevents air from getting trapped between the plies during manufacturing, giving a fuller tone across the whole head rather than just at the center.
Construction
The patented Safe-T-Loc ring keeps the head seated in the hoop and stops it from slipping during hard playing. The Sound Curve edge is designed for what Aquarian calls "Responsive Tuning". An edge that makes the head easy to tune and quick to respond.
Who It's For
A good choice if you want a straightforward tom head with clear attack and plenty of dynamic range, especially in rock-oriented settings where the head needs to both project and hold up.
