The Remo Pinstripe Clear is a double-ply (2-ply) tom drumhead built for players who want control straight out of the box. The two layers of film give it a shorter sustain and a dampened attack compared to a single-ply head, keeping the sound focused and easy to sit in a mix.
Pinstripe is one of Remo's best-known double-ply series, used on toms when you want to tame overtones and sustain without losing punch. The clear finish gives a brighter, more open tone than the coated versions in the same series, while the two-ply (2-ply) build keeps resonance in check.
