16" Sabian B8X O-Zone Crash Cymbal

Product Description

The Sabian B8X O-Zone is a 16" crash cymbal with a radical, multi-holed design that delivers extremely fast response and an aggressive, raw sound. The double ring of holes lightens the cymbal while keeping size and volume the same, making it ideal for drummers who play with speed, power and aggression.

• Radical sound is aggressive, raw and nasty
• Rapid response, with bright explosion and dirty agitation
• Ideal for drummers who play with speed, power and aggression
• Response-enhancing O-Zone holes in a double 6-hole ring design
• Protected by SABIAN's 2-year warranty

Sound and response

The double ring of six holes on each side delivers even attack across the whole cymbal. The sound is a crude, aggressive combination of a thin crash and a Chinese cymbal. Not your typical crash. The dozen 2" holes reduce the amount of metal mass that needs to move, so response is significantly faster even though size and volume remain unchanged compared to a standard B8X crash.

Who It's For

This cymbal suits drummers who want an explosive, attitude-filled crash sound with fast response, for example in rock, metal and other genres where power and aggression are called for.
