10" Evans Genera HD Dry - Coated
Evans 10" Coated Genera Heavy Dry drumhead for tom or snare. Two-ply head with Dry Vents and Level 360 profile.
Product Description
Evans Coated Genera Heavy Dry is a dampened tom or snare drumhead in 10". It's built from a two-ply head with precision-drilled holes along the edge that reduce overtones and give a full tone.
Construction
On the underside there's a dampening layer of 2 mil. The finish is Coated. The Dry Vents technology means precision-drilled holes along the edge that give the head more flexibility and balance.
Sound and Feel
The tone suits both a fat ballad snare sound and an aggressive metal snare sound. The precision-drilled holes reduce overtones and contribute to the full tone, while the head keeps a flexible feel on the stroke.
Tuning And Fitting
The Level 360 profile means the head sits flat against the drum shell and delivers sound straight away. The head is easier to tune than other makes.
