10" Paiste Color Sound 900 Splash Cymbal - Blue
10" splash cymbal, Paiste Color Sound 900 in Blue. Warm, controlled sound with a clear bell.
Product Description
The Color Sound 900 Blue Splash is a 10" splash cymbal from Paiste's Color Sound 900 series, standing out with its bold blue color coating. It delivers a warm, full and dynamic sound, suited for both live and studio use across all genres.
Like the rest of the 900 series, the cymbal is first machine-made and then hand-hammered. The color coating gives it a slightly darker and more controlled sound compared to a standard 900 cymbal, making it easy to sit in a mix without overpowering it.
Sound Character
The attack is washy with a lively intensity, and an integrated bell adds extra clarity to the attack. Volume ranges from medium low to medium loud, making the cymbal versatile without becoming dominant.
Construction
The cymbal is made from CuSn20 alloy with a thin weight, contributing to its responsive, dynamic character.
