• Integrated bell
• Medium Low to Medium Loud volume
• Suited for live and studio use, across all genres

Sound Character

The Color Sound 900 series starts out machine-made, just like the standard 900 series, but is hand-hammered in the final step. The color coating gives these cymbals a slightly darker, more controlled sound compared to the uncoated 900 cymbals, while still retaining a warm, full, and dynamic tone. The thin weight provides a fast response with a washy attack and lively intensity, while the integrated bell gives a clear focus when playing on the bell.

Construction and Finish

The cymbal is cast in CuSn20 bronze and finished with hand-hammering after machine production. The black coating (Black Splash) is one of four available colors in the Color Sound 900 series.

Who It's For

A good choice if you want a splash cymbal with a distinct identity, both visually and tonally. Works equally well on stage and in the studio, regardless of musical style.
