The Evans EC2S Clear Tompack Rock + B14HD Dry is a complete head pack for restringing a whole kit in one go. It includes EC2 tom heads in 10", 12" and 16", plus a 14" Genera HD Dry head for the snare drum. The heads are easy to tune and give a balanced tone across the kit.

Open Tone with Solid Control

The EC2S heads use Evans' EC Control Ring, a built-in damping ring that adds control without choking the tone. The smaller toms (10" and 12") get a more open tone, while the larger 16" head offers more overtone control – a combination well suited to rock playing, where you want punch but still need the sound kept in check.

Genera HD Dry for the Snare

The 14" head is a Genera HDD, built from two plies: a 7.5 mil inner ply and a 5 mil outer ply. On the underside sits a 2 mil damping layer bonded directly to the head, together with small precision-drilled holes along the edge – Dry Vents. This gives a full tone, reduces overtones, and adds more flexibility and balance compared to a standard dampened head.
