Delivery times in Christmas
We have extra staff to take care of all incoming orders. Goods with stock status "In stock" are usually sent the following working day. Please note that some items have a stated lead time or are temporarily out of stock. This can be seen from the purchase button on the respective product. If you are unsure, please ask us!
Deliveries within Sweden
The official cut-off time with our forwarders for deliveries that must reach locations in Sweden before Christmas Eve is 19/12 at 12 noon, but to the many locations, orders made up to Thursday 21/12 at 12 noon can be delivered before Christmas Eve. Of course, we can never give any guarantees for deviations or other unforeseen events in the transport chain. Some places, mainly in northern Sweden, have a longer delivery time. Preferably order so that there is a margin of a few days or visit our store in Haninge. Feel free to ask us if you have questions about delivery time. We are available by email, phone and chat.
Deliveries outside Sweden
For deliveries to countries outside Sweden the delivery times differ a lot and it's difficult to give any exact date for deliveries to reach you before Christmas. For products in stock we expect orders placed latest 13th of December to reach in time but we can't give any guarantees for transport times.
Extended open purchase
We have extended open purchase until 10/1 2024. It automatically applies to all orders placed after 1/12. Please note that hygiene products such as earplugs do not have an open purchase.
